1. Products We offer custom personalised football flags and pre-made flag products. Custom orders are made to your specifications and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

2. Ordering By placing an order, you confirm that all personalisation details provided are accurate. OwnGoal is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted information (e.g. incorrect names, spellings, or badge designs).

3. Pricing All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Production & Delivery

• Custom flags: approximately 7–10 business days production + shipping
• Pre-made flags: approximately 3–4 business days + shipping Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.

6. Intellectual Property All designs, branding, and content on our store are the property of OwnGoal. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability OwnGoal's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
