• Pre-made flags: dispatched immediately — estimated delivery 3–4 business days

Shipping We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. Delivery times are consistent regardless of your location.

Pre-made flags are fulfilled and shipped from Asia via our supplier, though delivery times remain short at 3–4 business days.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Design Accuracy Please ensure your submitted design is exactly as you want it — the image you provide will be printed exactly as shown on your flag. OwnGoal cannot be held responsible for errors in customer-submitted designs.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll look into it with the courier.
